Bash’s Story

Bash is joyful 2.5 year old with Down syndrome who brightens every room with his smile and laughter! On August 15, 2025 Bash was diagnosed with Leukemia (pre-B cell ALL).

Despite this challenge, Bash’s spirit shines bright. He loves swinging, zooming his monster trucks and playing on the slide. He is surrounded by an incredible support team - his dad, mom and his three big brothers (Aaron, Ethen and Bentley) - along with a loving circle of family, friends and his small-town community, all cheering him on in his fight.

Right now, Bash’s treatment includes multiple cycles of chemotherapy. Each cycle brings its own challenges - some planned hospital stays and, unfortunately, a few unplanned ones as well. Bash often needs blood and platelet transfusions to help his body recover between treatments. There is a long road ahead and but Bash reminds everyone around him what true strength, joy and love look like every single day!
