Charra’s Story

Kidney and liver issues have been a challenge for Charra his entire life. Finally, in June 2025, it was determined that Charra needed to have transplants for both of those organs. He underwent the transplants early this summer and has been spending time resting and recovering.

Thankfully, everything has gone well and he was even able to start school with his friends in August! Doctors continue to follow his healing to ensure everything goes well. Charra has a brilliant mind loving to learn and absorb everything. One of his many loves is chess which inspired his fun shirt!
