Luca’s Story

Just three weeks before his first birthday, Luca was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. He began treatment and miraculously after two rounds of chemo, Luca’s tumor shrunk 60%! At this point, doctors have decided he can be done with treatment!

Luca is now in the monitoring phase with CT scans every 3 months for 3 years to watch the tumor shrink until it eventually plateaus in size. After 3 years of no tumor growth, he will be considered cancer free!

Luca is now recovering from chemo and is finally able to see people again after being immunocompromised. He’s so happy to see be around people again!
