Jaden’s Story

In January 2025, 16 year old Jaden was diagnosed with a germ cell tumor. He went through six rounds of chemotherapy and surgery to remove the tumor. After a long and difficult journey, he finally saw a little light at the end of the tunnel and was able to enjoy a month of summer before starting his junior year of high school.

Unfortunately, the cancer returned, and he has now faced another three rounds of chemotherapy. Jaden loves being at school, and having to miss so many days has been really difficult. Thankfully, right now, Jaden is doing well and was just able to start back to school in person to finish out his junior year! Jaden’s family is praying he remains stable and healthy so he can start his senior year in the fall! Throughout this journey Jaden has remained bright, tough and flexible showing strength and determination to overcome whatever is in front of him.
